Jose Castillo’s 10/31-11/1/09 WDW Photo Report

WDWNT’s own Jose Castillo made a trip to the Walt Disney World Resort over the weekend and made sure to take plenty of photos to share with us, so let’s take a look at what’s going on at the Vacation Kingdom:

We begin at Disney;s Hollywood Studios

A Princess and the Frog poster has replaced Up outside the Magic of Disney Animation

Inside, some new movie posters have gone up

Prep & Landing is an upcoming holiday special on ABC

The Up characters will be staying here for quite a while

Billboard advertising the Snow White Diamond Edition releases

Ladies and gentleman, the backside of pig…

While some posters in the Muppetvison 3-D exteneded queue have been there for a while…

There is actually a few new ones

These posters were planned to be a part of the 2010 refurbishment of the attraction, but were installed early

The attraction will be getting some TLC and switching to Disney Digital 3-D in 2010

Some classic posters remain

Happy Halloween from the Hollywood Tower Hotel

Moving over to the Magic Kingdom

The astronauts are gone from Space Mountain

The new paint scheme on the Light and Power Co. building is complete

Those lime green items on the Fastpass distribution area were formerly orange

The water feature is coming along nicely

The new restroom facility is nearing completion

The Fantasyland facades are still behind tarps

The backside of Cinderella Castle has been behind these tarps since early September

Moving to Epcot, Jose was ready to experience The Sum of All Thrills inside Innoventions

There is a test-pod outside the attraction so guests can make sure they fit in the attraction properly

Epcot has a new map cover with Spaceship Earth and the 1982 entrance fountain

Back at the Magic Kingdom, Princess Tiana and Prince Naveen are conducting meet and greets in Liberty Square

Time for Tiana’s Showboat Jubilee

Lilio and Stitch are now doing meet and greets in Adventureland, replacing Rafiki and Timon from The Lion King

There is even a new tiki decoration behind them

Woody and Jessie are now doing meet and greets in Frontierland near Pecos Bill’s

Jose attended Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party that evening

There’s a new sign for Buzz Lightyear’s Candy Blast this year

Let’s take a look at some pictures of the Hallowishes! fireworks

Some video games were set up in Tomorrowland for the party

Stitch’s Club 626 seemed to be popular

A spooky castle shot

Moving over to Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, work on the new marble floor continues

Cinderella and her prince outside the elevator

Peter Pan, Wendy, Michael, and John with bear can also be found in the design
